Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS*. The shipping / handling fees are calculated in real time, and you will see them in the checkout process before you give your final "OK". We reserve the right to ship UPS Ground orders with Priority Mail (depending on delivery speed). Most customers, depending on their location, receive their order within 5-10 business days. Sales are final unless noted otherwise, or if the product is damaged. Orders cancelled by the customer after the credit card has been processed will be charged a nominal 5% fee to cover associated nonrefundable merchant fees. If a customer should refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decides to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer still assumes full return liability and costs of 5% (this includes all applicable return freight charges, as well as restocking fees).
Returns Information
All sales are final. Damaged products will be exchanged for same/similar** product. You must contact our customer service department via email to receive a return authorization number (RA#) before returning any product. No returns will be accepted without an RA# and will be returned to the sender. Refund requests must be received within 5 days from the date you received the item. The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. The product is subject to final inspection before your refund is processed. Shipping costs and 5% non-refundable credit card and handling charges are deducted from the credit amount. Please insure your return. By receiving a refund, you release us from any liability. In case of a refund, allow 1-2 weeks to receive the money. All refunds will be paid by check. In case we exchange a product at your request, you agree to pay all applicable reshipping costs and fees.
