High-tech Meets Signature
Design for the New York Holiday
High-tech meets signature design in a multi-color,
glowing holiday wreath on display this month at NYC's Bryant Park
(photo attached*). The custom-made wreath is the latest in a series
of Lounge Light designs that utilize proprietary Lounge Light
products to create one-of-a-kind lighting décor. Available to
the public for the first time and exclusively in New York City
for the holiday season at the Holiday Shops at Bryant Park and
Columbus Circle, Lounge Light comes in various product forms from
lanterns and miniature lamps to the limited edition Snowflake
Tea Light Pillar.
Lounge Light debuted as a collection of LED designer lighting
products used at special venues, including the Metropolitan Museum
of Art and some of the city's hottest clubs such as Jay-Z's 40/40
Club and Marquee, and at exclusive events like the Tony Awards
and the Trump Wedding. The centerpiece of the line is the company's
Lounge Light Engine - a patented 4-1/2 volt, 100 - 150 hour battery
that lasts ten times longer than a standard 9-volt battery and

The new color-programmable Lounge Lights with a patented battery
could be seen all over Fashion Week. They decorated Esteban Cortezar's
show at Bryant Park with a rich sky blue in the form of glowing
candles that all his fans could take home and light up with their
own colors. Cortazar says, "Lounge Light has taken a simple candle
to a whole new level. It's fun and can express whatever mood you
want, yet still be chic and sophisticated." At Marquee, the celebrated
NYC hang out for the stars, Lounge Lights lit up the tables and
bars with Cortazar's logo, special lamps decorated the DJ booth,
and there was even a special installation on the underside of
the signature vaulted stairway. All the colors were set to amberish
hues, to compliment the warm palette Marquee has become famous
for.
At king of bling Chris Aire's after party at the New York Public
Library, Super Model Tyson Beckford and Foxy Brown grooved late
into the night surrounded by a thousand Lounge Lights. Tyson is
a fan and will tell you at home he relaxes with Lounge Light in
his luxurious bath.
Out in the Hamptons, Wyclef Jean had his stage decorated with
Lounge Lights for his Haiti fundraiser with Angelina Jolie. The
Lounge Light lamps and candles were programmed to rotate through
seven different colors.
Lounge Light appeals not only to male tastemakers, but maybe even
more so the ladies: Kelly Ripa says she has them in her home,
and actress Juliette Lewis, who now fronts the punk rock band
Juliette and the Licks says, "I love the great vibe the Lounge
Light gives my space."

Trump's Wedding Designer Preston Bailey Chooses a New Invention
- The Lounge light
When Preston Bailey, event designer extraordinaire, wanted to
create dramatic impact for his photo shoot with Life & Style Weekly
Magazine, he chose the new Lounge Light.
The Lounge Light was also used by Mr. Bailey in a TV interview
for Access Hollywood regarding his project as designer for Donald
Trump's "Wedding of the Century."
Recently Preston Bailey again turned to Lounge Light as part of
his offerings in his Signature WeddingMoon(tm) Collection available
at Sandals resorts, a top destination wedding provider.
Lounge Light's Flame Effect electronic flickering tea light, that
mimicks a real flame, was of particular interest to Sandals as
a safe alternative to real candle light, which can blow out, and
is always present to the risk of fire. The realistic Flame Effect
is available as part of the Preston Bailey WeddingMoon(tm)packages.
Preston was recently inducted into the Biz Bash Event Style Hall
of Fame. His clients have included Oprah Winfrey, Joan Rivers,
Liza Minnelli, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, Laurence
Fishburne, Donna Karan, and Matt Lauer. Preston has also designed
corporate events for Godiva Chocolatier, Univision, Saks Fifth

Preston's Philosophy
In summing up his approach to his work, Preston notes the he most
admires those artists who dared to take chances. "I am inspired
by creative pioneers, those who draw upon color, texture, movement,
sound and elements of nature to create something never seen before,"
