planning
your event or project:
Having the proper lighting can make or break an event or
project. Most people take this for granted, and do not realize
the power of light to effect moods and tell a story. Additionally,
new ways in approaching lighting design is an excellent
way to make an event memorable or reinforce a brand. Lounge
Light Creative has the goal of creating one-of-a-kind custom
designs tailored for the event or project whenever possible.
We look forward to each project as an opportunity to do
something that has never been done before.
We recommend at least 6 weeks lead time for proper consultation
to properly assess your needs, and develop the best concepts
to help make your event or project the best it can be. After
an initial phone consultation, a meeting may be arranged
at either your location or a showroom, to provide a hands-on
look and feel for different light décor ideas and
proposals.
Lounge Light Creative is familiar with many New York City
venues, which can be helpful in determining the needs of
an event. These venues include:

What
are the benefits of using Lounge Light?
Lounge Light products are battery based,
which means they can be placed anywhere, to create the illusion
of a long-term lighting installation that you may see in
a restaurant, club or home. But we can build it anywhere,
and remove it just as easily utilizing no wires, whether
it be a tabletop, raw or finished space, a lawn or even
a beach. No wires means less electrical power capacity concerns,
and no headaches or safety issues laying and disguising
unsightly power cords.
The versatility of Lounge Light allows
it to compliment a variety of colors, themes and styles.
Whether you want multi-color or one color, even an elegant
white. Whether the event is upscale, high energy, low-key,
experimental, minimalistic or avant-garde. Whether the setting
be cocktails, formal dinner, lounge or night club. They
can even be made to float, or be submersed in water.
The long battery life of Lounge Light allows
flexibility in set-ups. When necessary, it can be installed
a day in advance, all ready to go, or be made to last for
an event spanning several days.
Our expertise as exclusive provider of
Lounge Light technology in the USA and Canada, combined
with our experience in design, branding and special event
production has allowed us a depth of experience with the
technology that is continually being expanded and deepened
to create new applications and new ways to serve our clients.
How
much time to plan?
At least 6 weeks in advance. We will always try to work
with your deadlines, but less time to execute can translate
into higher costs.
Do
you rent the Lounge Light products?
Yes, which in most cases includes delivery and pickup. A
deposit is required.
Are
Lounge Light products and custom designs available for purchase?
Yes. We also sell retail through this site, and via distributors
throughout the US and Canada.
How
much of a discount is provided to the special event, marketing
and design trade?
25 - 40% off retail
How
do I qualify for a product discount?
By confirming your professional status in your industry.
Please email us at registration@loungelightusa.creative.com
for the registration form. It is possible that we may be
familiar with your organization, in which case, this process
is very streamlined.
Can
I propose an idea I'd like to see brought to life?
ABSOLUTELY! Please do! We enjoy the collaborative process.
Can
you come up with new lighting and branding ideas for my
event or project?
Yes! We love to do that! And we are good at it.
Can
you recommend other service providers for my event or project?
Yes. We collaborate regularly with a variety of vendors,
including florists, caterers, event and graphic designers,
producers, video, PR firms and artisans. We enjoy working
with creative partners, and are happy to help you find a
good match for your needs whenever possible.
Can
you do events outside of New York?
Yes. We have, and will continue to do events all over the
US, per the client's needs. We also have regional representatives.
Can
you do long-term installations?
Yes. Lounge Light technology has a patented battery that
lasts over 100 hours, which means four days nonstop. If
the project lasts longer, hard-wired options are available.
Do
your products and designs meet fire safety codes? Are they
safe for children?
Yes. Lounge Light LED products create very little to no
heat. Due to their high safety, they are never an issue
with fire marshals, and are very suitable around children.
We employ Flame Effect™, an electronic flame that mimics
a real flame, to meet open flame guidelines as necessary.
Lounge Light products are also great outdoors, as wind or
moisture will not blow them out. They can even be made to
float, or be submersed in water.
